I visited the hospital regarding gastric problem. For availing outpatient service, you have to call the hospital on the same day and they will schedule the appointment in between 6 to 8 in the evening. They fixed my schedule with Dr. Soma sekhar but he cancelled the appointment on last minute. The staff rescheduled my appointment with Dr. Sarath chandra. Sarath has spent around 30 minutes with me discussing the root cause of gastric issues. He didn't even write any unnecessary tests, instead he asked me to change the life style. He is so friendly to respond to all of my questions. He even suggested me to use google for certain gastric disorders at the time of medication. The appointment fee is 600. Only pay for the tests which are very important to diagnose the problem before confirming with the doctor. ~ rahul r

My mother was brought to this hospital last week in critical condition and was admitted n kept in ICU for 6 days, she is now out of danger and today she is getting discharge to home. I thank each n every doctor ( Dr. Sudheer Kumar, Dr. Aravind, Dr. Chirali, Dr. Manjunath) Sisters ( Shakeela, Vasantha in the ICU they took care of my mom very well), After shifting ward there all nurses took take of my mom very well. Dr. L.S.Rajinikanth's (Nuero Surgeon), treatment was excellent and very effective. He detected and diagnosed my condition immediately. Dr.Manjunath, physiotherapist treated my shoulder pain very well. The nursing staff tend to patients on a regular basis, keep a constant check on how their health is progressing and are just a call away in case of emergencies. All the doctors, nursing staff and the management (including the billing and accounts dept) ensured the treatment and othere services were provided well and I was taken care of really well. Dr. Shiv Sandeep, the Orthopedic Surgeon, performed a flawless Total Knee Replacement surgery. His expertise and care were truly exceptional. I am S.Saroja patient of Dr. Shalini B, Gynacologist in Vivekananda Hospital. I am 71 years old with P3L3 with Post Hysterectomised with Right overian complex cyst with DM + with Hypertension with Obstructive sleep Apnea. Also I am Diabetic with insulin intake 4 times a day. At this health conditions of so many complications I have Consulted Dr.Shalini alongwith my husband 75 years old who has given counseling and courage to us to undergo Laparotomy. Dr. Shalini has taken risk and responsibility to do Laparotomy surgery and stood behind me through out my stay in the hospital as well as monitored my post operative health for the last two months with periodical reviews. I underwent a major surgery on the 19th of July 2023 under Dr Sailaja at Vivekananda hospital. She is incredible! Knowledgable, sensitive and informative with a superb human touch. Post my surgery I was on the 3 rd floor room no 312. Wish to thank all the staff of 3 rd floor for their support and care . You have been fantastic dear. Truly this hospital is very sentimental for us, we never visit any other hospitals unless it is necessary or the same hospital doctor is available in another hospital, I can definitely say all the doctors are best in the hospital, we just had some discomfort with Dr. Aparna, we had one emergency consultation with the doctor, we felt she did not give much time to discuss but she suggested best treatment other than that nothing. All the doctors will encourage you to call them if necessary by giving their mobile numbers, they answer your calls and unnecessarily they don’t admit you in the hospital even if you have insurance, the hospital staff also good, and the facilities, canteen food also tasty, over all the hospital is very much better than the other corporate hospitals in HYD. And one more thing is you can take a “afford plan” so that every time you go there will be 10% discount on everything this will be very useful. ~ paulpravallika P

Firstly , would like to thank the management of the hospital . Much better than the big corporate hospitals . The receptionist Vani at the front end is friendly and helps in the appointment process and no delay in the billing sector also . The Management is good . The hospital is very clean and neat . Nurses are well trained . We come here for medical oncology . The consulting doctor is DrRVR . Great doctor and very nice human being . It strted with front and excutive, suvarna. She is gold every cell of her my twin surgeries went exceeding level with two great doctors Suryaprakash and g. Uday kiran able supported by m. Aravind kumar. Care and service was simply excellent for the charges they made. So wonderful service at hardly any cost my stay was memorable. I was admitted for Uterine multiple Fibroids surgery, open Myomectomy, the size of fibroids was quite large so I had to go with open Myomectomy surgery. Firstly I was little worried about open surgery, but The team of Experts Dr.P Ramakrishna, Dr. Padmaja, Anaesthesiast Dr. Akhil Sir by speaking to them made me happy that I am in safe hands, and every thing went well surgery, post operative care was excellent, In recover and was discharged in 2 days. Dr. Mukhesh is very good and competent. Nursing staff is also verygood. Some doctors do not even see the file before seeing the patient. Administration, higine conditions should be improved. having only one lift for all and everything is not acceptable. Lift did not work twice (one week at a time) and admin did not bother to get it repaired in time. People like me with heart issues and knee problems had hard time to go up and down and ramp does not have any railing to hold onto to go up or down. Cleanliness is not great either. Billing process is so slow and discharge report is not given at the time of discharge even after a long wait. ~ Sujatha K

This hospital justifies the tag of a hospital with human touch , recently had a chemotherapy for my father under one of the best medical oncologists this state has ever seen in the form of Dr R V Rao sir. Right from the reception desk with Vani , Kavitha etc to the nursing support staff like Venkata Lakshmi sister did their job with utmost care. Need to mention the good hygiene this hospital has unlike many hospitals where the hygiene will be taken for granted . Slight renovation is going on in the hospital to cater the needs of patients.
